Our shop
Established in 2017
Trading from a garage with dreams of a real life shop, Gin House Flowers has always been a labour of love, passion for all things flowers and one big ever growing family.
In 2018, an opportunity for a pop-up shop — a chance to establish as a high-street name — arose. We jumped in with both feet and the team began to grow with the arrival of our beautiful Frankie, and the announcement that Mrs Gin House was expecting her first miniature. This was shortly followed by a heavily pregnant Mother’s Day and wedding set-up. The announcement of baby Ted joining the team (and his own range of ready to go bouquets — our Teddy Specials) was rapidly followed by COVID-19. The doors to the pop-up shop were unceremoniously shut for good after a wonderful 18 months, and we spent the summer working from home.
Roll on September 2020, and we finally secured the keys to 11 High Street, our very own shop. After several more lockdowns, we settled in with plenty new ranges of stock, the most incredible and ever-growing customer base, and Gin House Miniature got himself a new baby sister. Our doors are open Tuesday to Friday 9:30am–5pm and Saturdays 9am–1pm for you to come along and meet the Gin House Family.

How it works
All our flowers are sold by the stem so you can pick out your own selection, or feel free to give us a budget or colour preference and we can put something together for you. Our gift-wrapped hand tied bouquets start from £25 and we always have a range of them made up at different budgets ready to go. Our flower bar changes weekly with the finest selection depending on the season, and all our bouquets are made with the best quality seasonal blooms. However, if you do require a specific flower or colour, then please don’t hesitate to let us know as we can order anything in with some notice.
Wrapping & plastic
We are reducing our use of single-use plastic, so as standard, all our flowers are wrapped in paper and finished off with paper raffia. However, if a cellophane water bubble is necessary for you, we are very happy to add this on, with a bouquet bag, for an extra £5.
