Ordering flowers online — FAQs

How do I place an order?
Select your bouquet value and colour preference, add to your basket, then click Pay securely. You will complete payment on Stripe’s secure checkout page. Choose collection or delivery in your basket first. For collection, pick a date and time within our opening hours. For delivery, choose a Tuesday–Saturday date and start typing the delivery address to pick it from the suggestions. Cards and gifts can be posted anywhere in the UK for £3.99. If you are ordering flowers, you can add a note for the card in your basket.
What sizes are available?
Florist’s choice hand tied bouquets are available from £25 to £150 in £5 steps. Florist’s choice hat box arrangements are available from £40 to £100 in £10 steps. We use seasonal blooms to match your budget and colour preference.
Can I collect or request delivery?
Yes. Choose collection or delivery in your basket before payment. Delivery is available within 10 miles of our shop at 11 High Street, Histon (CB24 9JD). Delivery to Histon, Cottenham, Impington, Oakington or Girton is £3, or £5 elsewhere within our delivery area (added at checkout). Deliveries run Tuesday to Saturday from the next available day. If you would like to enquire about same day delivery, please contact us on 01223 656670 and we will see what we can do! Collection is free from the shop during opening hours (Tue 10:30am–5pm, Wed–Fri 9:30am–5pm, Sat 9am–1pm).
